Our concierge service can take care of details like restocking your fridge before your arrival or arranging any other services you may need before your departure. These services are available exclusively for our monthly plan members.

- Inspect yard for trash
- Bring in mail/packages
- Monitor Landscaping
- Visual inspection from ground of siding, roof, & gutters for obvious issues
- Check doors and windows for signs of break-in
- Inspect for vandalism
- Inspect for obvious signs of pests/insects
- Check exterior lighting
- Includes but not limited to

- Check temperature readings & humidistat if available
- Inspect for obvious signs of pests/insects
- Check under all sinks and around toilets for leaks
- Run water in all sinks, tubs, and showers
- Flush all toilets
- Run garbage disposal
- Check appliances (cycle dishwasher and washing machine monthly)
- Check that lights and fans operate

- Check that windows/doors remain locked
- Check that the security system is functioning
