At every visit
Home Watch Solutions SWFL provides reliable, professional services for seasonal and

Exterior
- Inspect yard for trash
- Bring in mail/packages
- Monitor Landscaping
- Visual inspection from ground of siding, roof, & gutters for obvious issues
- Check doors and windows for signs of break-in
- Inspect for vandalism
- Inspect for obvious signs of pests/insects
- Check exterior lighting
- Open & close garage doors

- Check temperature readings & humidistat if available
- Inspect for obvious signs of pests/insects
- Check under all sinks and around toilets for leaks
- Run water in all sinks, tubs, and showers
- Flush all toilets
- Run garbage disposal

Grocery Shopping / Errands
Need the fridge restocked before you return? No problem! Send us your shopping list and preferred store, and we’ll take care of the rest. Home Watch Solutions SWFL charges a flat hourly rate, plus the cost of goods, for this convenient service.
Pre/Post Storm Services
When a hurricane or severe storm is approaching, Home Watch Solutions SWFL can secure your property by closing or installing existing shutters and bringing in outdoor furniture and décor.
After the storm passes, we’ll inspect your home for any damage, document our findings, and provide a detailed status report for your peace of mind.
Open / Close Home
Opening Services:
We prepare your home for your return — adjust climate controls, turn on water and power, air out the home, and verify all systems are working properly.
Closing Services:
Before you leave, we secure your home — shut off water, adjust thermostats, unplug appliances, and ensure everything is locked and protected.
