Being accredited by the National Home Watch Association means we have been background checked, we carry appropriate limits of General Liability, Professional Liability, and Fidelity Bonds.  Our services offered and content have been reviewed and we have been given access to the industry standard guidelines as provided by the organization.  All this requires annual renewal. We also have a network to support ourselves and our customers should extra hands or referrals be needed!
