Home Watch is best described as a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues. Unlike a house sitter, Steven follows a documented protocol on every visit — designed to catch small problems before they become expensive ones.
Weekly or bi-weekly, based on your plan and your home. Steven will recommend a cadence during your consultation.
You receive a written report. If action is needed, Steven acts as your on-site advocate — coordinating trades and vendors to restore your home to normal as quickly as possible.
